Save your Bones!

Hello everyone! Did you know that May is Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention month?

Not many people do – even me! Well, I would like to thank Judy of American Recall Center for informing me few days ago.

The American Recall Center provides drug and medical device recall information alongside practical healthcare information and support. We aim to build the most comprehensive resource on the Internet for timely and trusted material regarding healthcare topics that matter to the consumer. The team at ARC is dedicated to helping consumers find accurate information with ease.

I hope I was able to write this earlier this May to be able to spread awareness. They had sent me a graphic that outlines facts and risk factors about this disease. Setting an example, nearly 75% of all hip fractures occur in women. I believe most of us are aware that this disease predominantly affects women.
